People often ask why God? But one of the things they ask most is why would a loving God send people to hell?
This was mentioned again on Sunday by our pastor, but in a way that makes you think. The pastors reply was God does not send people to hell. Instead, people are choosing hell over God. So the question becomes why would people choose hell over a loving God?
The problem we have as humans is that we think God should think the way we do, but that is not how it works. God has told us partially how He thinks through His word. Now it does not give every detail of how God thinks, but we do not need that. God has provided us all the information we need to live, but for some reason, we reject that.
So instead of going why God and giving Him down the road, maybe each of us should be asking why am I going against God’s will? Believe me when I say this, all of us go against God’s will. If we did not, then we would not be sinners.
