I recently told my family that I am not really sympathetic towards adults. I am sympathetic towards animals and children. So why is this?
Well adults are typically the cause of their own problems. So does this mean I have no sympathy at all towards adults? No.
So let me define sympathy before I go on. Sympathy means according to Cambridge online a feeling or expression of understanding and caring for someone else who is suffering or has problems that have caused unhappiness.
I have sympathy for those that have problems when it is not due to there own doing such as cancer, the loss of a loved one, an accident, etc.
Is this a problem? If you are like I, then I suggest you pray to God for your answer. I know I will to see if I am being too harsh.
