This is one of the topics that people like to avoid at all costs. If you believe that God created everyone and knew them before they were even conceived, then aren’t you actually guilty of killing one of God’s innocent children? Yes!
Around the world, abortion is a common practice, but there it has been declining, not due to lack of safe sex, but due to the availability of birth control. So pregnancies in general are down. However, powerful liberals are still pushing for abortions.
But why? Is there there a reason to push so hard for abortions? I believe so.
So which group in America seems to be having more abortions than another group? According to some reports more blacks, Hispanics, and other non-Hispanics are getting more abortions than whites by about 9:1.
So the question is why? It is very hard to know the real reason why.
Democrats always thought of any other race other than white as inferior. I know you have your doubts about what I’ve said based on their most recent acceptance of everyone, but when segregation was made illegal, they refused to comply. In other words, they wanted to keep blacks separate from whites. Do you really think they have changed that much? I don’t and I am a registered Democrat.
Lets look at some other stats, unmarried woman have a much higher rate of abortion than married woman by about 6:1. Also, poor woman, those below the poverty line, account for nearly 50% of all abortions.
Now some will quote Freakonomics stating that abortion has actually cause the crime rate to decrease. It was a theory proposed by two academic researchers and their data supported their theory. I really have no love for statistics because it is the only profession where you can take data and manipulate it to say what you want. I will say this and move on, their research was limited to what they thought could cause the crime rate to drop.
If you push for abortions in certain groups, then you can start to control who is born. In other words, you can start to weed out those that are considered inferior. Next if you give this same group birth control, then you can even further reduce the likelihood that inferiors will be born.
I am telling you this because when I was much younger and more stupid, I convinced a girl I was dating who got pregnant to have an abortion. Almost immediately after it happened, I regretted the decision she and I made. I wonder today what would that child have been like, what could they have been, and where would they be.
We often do not think of the consequences of our actions at the time we are doing them. But every action will cause something to happen.
