Black Lives Matter

I am so sick and tired of hearing this phrase, Black Lives Matter.  That is true for all lives, not just black ones.  I realize they are tired of being singled out for crimes, but is that really true.

If the population of an area is 80% Black, 10% Hispanic, and10% Caucasian, then does it not reason to stand that at least around 80% of those that commit the crimes will more than likely be black.  The same would be true if the community were 80% Caucasian, 10% Black, and 10% Hispanic.  Then I would expect to see 80% of the crimes committed by Caucasian.  I realize that is simple math and does not always add up to exactly those numbers, but the point is there should bbe a higher percentage of the crimes committed by the larger population.  Yes there are situations where that might not be the case, but lets just go with it for now.

It just seems to me right now that the black and white community is trying to make excuses for blacks that are committing crimes then resist police.  The situation is simple, stop resisting to the point where police feel they need to use deadly force.  Understand, this is a stressful job where men and women of all races put their lives on the line everyday for the people of the community.  If they are getting the crap kicked out of them, then I do not blame them for using deadly force.  Frankly, when you resist the police I feel like they have the right to use whatever force is necessary to bring the situation under control.

Lets say a 120 lb police woman is going up against a 275lb man.  The police woman is black and the man is white.  Would it be fair to say that she has the right to use deadly force if the man attacks her?  Now flip it, if the woman is white and the man is black, would it be fair for her to use deadly force?  If you answered yes for one, but no for the other or started making excuses for the other, then you really need to take a good hard look at yourself.  In my opinion it does not matter on the race, it matters that a very large man was attacking a woman who happened to be a police officer and the use of deadly force is warranted.  In fact in my opinion, anytime someone attacks you period the use of deadly force is warranted.  I should be allowed to use whatever is at my disposal to stop the threat.  When I am restricted in what I can do to save myself then you have set me the victim up for potentially being severely hurt, maimed, or even killed.  Why?

Now take abortion, we look at an unborn baby at almost any stage as not being a live human being.  The fact is that as soon as the cell starts to divide, that baby is alive and no one has the right to kill that child.  So to all of you people who have gone through an abortion or if you have talked someone into having an abortion, then you have killed a human.  If you are thinking of course you would say that because you are a Christian and are pro-life, then let me inform you that I discussed with and convinced a young lady with whom I thought I was going to spend the rest of my life with about 30 years ago into having an abortion.  That is something I will have to answer for to the Lord some day.

I pray that people understand life is precious and should only be taken if absolutely necessary.  I do not believe it is Gods plan for use to simply put up our hands and say go ahead and kill me and if I am meant to live, then God will protect me.  I personally believe he wants us to protect ourselves, but I pray He gives you the wisdom to quickly assess the situation to determine if deadly force is warranted.  In Jesus name I ask for this, Amen.
