Two days ago was Mother’s Day.
Mom’s are a very special. Now they do not always get treated that way, but they are very special.
Mom’s are the ones who give birth to all the children, they are the ones the kids go too when then are sick or feeling sad, they have lots of wisdom, they are typically the ones who nurture, they are the ones that typically take away the pain or are there to share the pain, they typically are the ones that are calm, but there are the rare occasions when they lose it, they will typically defend the ones they love with great ferocity.
Does this mean mom’s are perfect? No. It just means that God blessed them with a lot of different qualities. Unfortunately, not every mom acts on those blessings or thinks they display a sign of weakness and refuses to show them.
I am married to a wonderful woman who has a lot of great qualities. She is smart, patient, kind, nice, generous, calm most of the time, wise, ferocious when she needs to be, forgiving, nurturing, there for the kids when they need to talk, and she puts up with me.
I am very blessed to be her husband and thank God everyday for putting her into my life, even when I am mad at her.
