There is a song by Casting Crowns called “Nobody”. Boy do I feel this way most of the time.
In the World’s eyes, I am a nobody. Thankfully God does not see me this way. He sees every person as being the most precious person on the face of the planet. Yes that makes us all equal in His eyes.
While I cannot speak for God, “I Can Only Imagine”, a song by MercyMe that He loves each of us equally. He chooses people to represent Him in the most unusual ways. One example is me.
Why God chose me to spread His word is beyond me. I can be vindictive, hateful, violent, unforgiving, angry, impatient, selfish, arrogant, resentful, spend thrift, materialistic, and a lover of money. I can at times be compassionate and caring. I am always a protector and if necessary, I am willing to take down another to defend those I love. In fact, I will be willing to lay down my life for a loved one.
So you kind of know who I am, do you know why God chose me, because I am still confused.
No matter why God chose me, I just pray that I can spread His message in the best way possible.
